The staff were super friendly, there were all kinds of drinks at the bar, and the place is conveniently close to Milan Centrale. I had a small issue with the cabin room, but they sorted it out pretty quickly.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and I liked the privacy of the bed. The bathroom was a letdown, though. Its lights weren’t working, so I had to use the one outside, which was a bit inconvenient at night. It also needed a better clean. The bathroom seemed to be falling apart, with mold, and the door lock was a struggle. I suspect there may have been bed bugs. I was itchy all night, and in the morning I noticed small blood stains on the bedsheet.

Good value, with a nice outdoor seating area where you can have a beer or another drink. Breakfast is included, the facilities feel modern, and the staff are friendly. It’s a nice capsule hostel within walking distance of the train station and city centre, with the metro right next door.

The location worked well for me: about a 15-minute walk from Milano Centrale and 30 minutes from the Duomo and city centre. The area didn’t feel too unsafe even late at night, and staff were friendly and easy to reach throughout my stay. My pod was a good size, and the mattress was fairly comfortable. Things are a bit rundown, though. The curtain wasn’t attached properly, which affected my privacy, and I don’t think the dorm code was secure enough. The lockers were small, so I had to leave my suitcase out all the time. The bathroom could have been cleaner, though it wasn’t horrific.
