The morning view was amazing, and our room was alright: no cockroaches or mold, and the shower worked normally. The waiters were really nice. But room conditions seem like a lottery. Our friends had a smelly room with a chair instead of a shower, and the Wi-Fi in ours DID NOT WORK at all. The location is a disaster.

The food in the restaurant is simple but delicious, and the waiters are very kind. The facilities are old, but still comfortable, and the hotel offers good value for money. It's close to the hot springs, though that tourist attraction is very expensive. There aren't many other sights in the city, but Siena, Florence, Pisa, Assisi, and Rome are all relatively close.

During our school trip, my friend's room had cockroaches, bed bugs, and other bugs. My own room wasn't very clean either: there was yellow dirt in the bathtub, and the water was cold most of the time. When I asked reception for another room because of the dirt, they were really mean. The woman there told me I should go to grand hotel. I asked twice for the bathroom to be cleaned, but it never was.

We stayed here on a school trip, and the rooms were ugly and dirty, with lots of grime and fungus in the bathroom. Some rooms even had COCKROACHES AND BEDBUGS. The shower water was cold most of the time. When we complained about the conditions, the staff said it was a 3-star hotel and that if we didn't like it, we should go elsewhere. I would not recommend this place. I strongly suggest avoiding it.

The food was impeccable, and the rooms were great, with lots of equipment and gadgets. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location worked well for trips to Rome and Florence. It's a shame I couldn't use the bathtub, but that's okay. A great place to stay!
