Collitorti Original Design Apartment

Francesca was a lovely host. She checked in often and did her best to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment is roomy and has a well equipped kitchen, with most things you need. Road noise is noticeable outside, though the windows do a decent job of keeping it out. We could also hear the neighbours, so soundproofing between the apartments could be better.

Francesca, the owner, was kind, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay. The garden is a lovely spot for kids, and the apartment was spotless, comfortable, and handy for exploring the area. It worked perfectly for two adults and two children. I'd definitely recommend it.

We came to Collitorti for a few days of nature, good food, and a break from everyday stress, and it was a real pleasure staying with Francesca. From the minute we arrived, we felt at home. She's warm, exceptionally friendly, and always ready to help with whatever you need. The house is beautifully furnished, spotless, and cared for down to the smallest details. The apartment is tastefully furnished and otherwise very nice, but several things made our stay uncomfortable. It's right on a busy main road, which wasn't mentioned in the location description, so opening the windows and relaxing in the garden weren't pleasant. Neighbour noise woke us each morning from 6:00 a.m. The camera at the entrance gate films the building from outside, and we felt uneasy sitting outdoors because of it. Air conditioning costs extra, and although pets aren't allowed, cats kept coming in from outside. We're travel bloggers and spent several weeks driving around Tuscany, staying in many places.
