Andrea and Fabio run the hotel in a unique way, always respecting each guest’s needs. The amenities are excellent and far beyond what I’d expect for this hotel category.

In Chianciano’s famous thermal town, this family-run hotel has been part of the landscape for 53 years. Paolo and his son Fabio manage it. Paolo makes sure guests get professional attention, while Fabio is an amazing chef who prepares wonderful pastries for breakfast and oversees dinner. Everything is spotless, from the rooms and dining area to reception, and comfort is clearly a priority. The price is fair, parking is included, and the central location makes it easy to get to the baths.

The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. He called ahead and reserved a place for us on an excursion. The rooms were clean and big enough for a short stay, and the hotel is near the museum and city centre. Breakfast was fresh and good, better than I expected after travelling around Italy.

The food was great, the wine was good, and having private parking helped. We loved staying here, especially because the staff were awesome and helped us with whatever we needed, whenever we needed it. If you're looking for a great base in Tuscany, this is the place. We'll be back next year.
