We were very happy we stayed here for the night, close to San Filippo Terme. The room was nice and clean, and the owner was very kind to us. Check-in is usually no later than 23:00, but we were late and she waited until 00:00. She also gave us some tips for visiting the area.

The owner was genuinely friendly, and the coffee was good. She bakes several homemade cakes for breakfast each day, and even made gluten-free bread and cakes especially for me, including torta de la nonna and apricot jam cake. I stayed for two nights; it was cheap, clean, and convenient. The hotel is old, founded in 49 and expanded during the 60s, when the thermal baths were fashionable. It was a great way to explore Tuscany without paying the high prices of fashionable hotels. Thank you!

The owner was thoughtful and attentive. When she found out it was my birthday, she showed up with a cupcake and a candle. Those little gestures are priceless! The rooms are clean, even if they’re from the ’80s, and breakfast has a wide selection of very good homemade desserts.

The owners are fantastic and make you feel at home right away. It’s a simple hotel, but the food is excellent, which matters a lot. Highly recommended.
