We'd go back just for Paolo's hospitality. He's a wonderful host and person, and made us feel right at home. The house is on a hillside among olive trees, a small vineyard, and other fruit trees. When we arrived, he gave us homemade bread with his own extra virgin olive oil. He also shared useful ideas about where to go and what to see. At breakfast we had coffee and tea, homemade bread and jams, all on an outdoor patio with a great view. Paolo personally showed us the way to a very impressive millennial olive tree and an oak that's several centuries old. Our room was basic, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was a great stay, and we'll definitely return!

Paolo and Flora were wonderful hosts, and we had such a lovely stay. They made homemade fig jam and the best olive oil, and gave us local travel tips along with dinner recommendations and reservations. We would have gladly stayed much longer. I really hope to return. Thanks for everything!

Paolo made our stay memorable. He told us the history of the place with real enthusiasm and sent us off with a fragrant bunch of oregano. Breakfast included his tasty olive oil with toasted bread, plus jam he had made himself. The B&B is tucked into the green Ragusa countryside, and while getting there is a little inconvenient, the quiet makes it worthwhile. The room was clean and basic, just right for a peaceful night away from city stress.

Paolo is such a welcoming host, and we loved listening to his stories and poems. The countryside setting near Chiaramonte is beautiful and peaceful. We got to try their jams, lemon granita, and mostata. We’ll definitely come back when we can.

We were able to try Paolo’s homemade jams and bruschetta with his own oil and oregano at breakfast. He also gave us a copy of his book, which we’re looking forward to reading. The rooms sit in the Ragusa countryside, and Paolo welcomed us kindly well ahead of time and did his best to meet our requests. We enjoyed hearing about his life and poetry. Thank you, Paolo.
