The apartment has a lot going for it: it's spacious, bright, and in a great spot. But the service really let us down. We were a family of five staying three days and there were only two rolls of toilet paper. The bathroom had cockroaches, and there were no mosquito screens or plug-in repellents, so I'd avoid leaving the windows open in the evening or overnight. The furnishings are mostly new, though the double bunk bed was pretty shaky. We needed to use the sofa bed, and its mattress cover had hair on it. The induction stove couldn't be used with the pans or moka pot provided. There wasn't any water in the fridge, coffee for breakfast, or even kitchen napkins. We also waited an hour in the July sun after arriving at 2 PM before the lady came with the keys. If these things don't improve, I wouldn't recommend the place.

The location is excellent, and parking was always available. The apartment wasn't bad otherwise, and the furnishings are new, but the work feels poorly done. In the kitchen, a cabinet was hiding a large hole in the wall. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, and only one roll of toilet paper. The TV antenna cable and Wi-Fi password weren't there either, though they were provided when we asked.

The setting is pretty good, and the apartment is comfortable. A few things could use some attention.
