The location and breakfast were good, but I had a horrible problem with bed bugs in the bed. I've attached a photo of my hand with the bites and a short video showing bugs on the bed. I can only recommend staying here if they fix this major issue.

People say breakfast is great, but there wasn't much there for me. Lots of sugary packaged items and bread, with very few salty options, and those weren't great quality. The hard-boiled eggs didn't look appetizing. All the rooms are up a flight of stairs on the first floor, and each is a little different. Mine was at the back, so it was quiet.

The location worked really well, close to the station, town center, and beach. Our room was tidy, had everything we needed, and was cleaned daily. Breakfast was plentiful, with sweets, cakes, yogurt, and more. When our family arrived late in the evening with children, the receptionist welcomed us warmly and was very kind and helpful. We had a great time in nice Chiavary and are very grateful. We'll come back when we're in Italy.

The staff were nice, the location was good, and breakfast was plentiful. My room was clean, but it smelled moldy, and opening the window let mosquitoes in because there was no screen. I had a severe allergy to the room and asked to move, but they couldn't accommodate me. It made me sad.

The buffet selection was unlike anything I've seen, and I'd stay just for breakfast. The rooms were nice and clean too, with cute balconies. Fantastic place to stay in Chiavari.
