The restaurant is a great extra, with excellent food. The hotel is right by the sea, and the rooms are always clean with room service available whenever needed. The staff are both professional and friendly. A beautiful place to stay in Chiavari.

The rooms are cozy, the setting is beautiful, and everything feels full of care and pride. Breakfast was perfectly prepared, and there was cold beer and time for heartfelt conversations. This charming family-run hotel and restaurant made me feel like family from the moment I walked in. I'm English and they're all Italian, but their kindness and hospitality came through clearly. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, happy, and respected. I travel a lot, and this is the best all-round stay I've had in a long time. Hotel Ristorante Zia Piera is a special place, and I can't recommend it enough.

The owners are so kind and polite. It's ideally located right by the train station and directly across from the sea. I really recommend this hotel.

The food and drinks were good, and the pizza oven in the hall looks great. I only visited the restaurant, I didn't stay at the hotel. The WC needs work: it has two rooms, but one door won't close. A repaired lock would leave a much better impression.

The food and service were the best we found in Chiavari. The setting is lovely, and you can see Portofino.
