The rooms are huge, bright, and super clean, with 1 1/2 bathrooms that are clean and have strong water pressure. The place is beautiful, and every detail, from the decor to the comfort, feels carefully thought through. It's a six-star place! Massimo was a fantastic host and explained all the apartment details with great passion. AMAZING!!!!

The apartment is a nice base for a couple of days in beautiful Chiavari. It’s clean, roomy, well equipped, and the woman who works there is really friendly. The washing machine was especially good. There’s a restaurant and a shop nearby, while the station and beaches are around a 10-12 minute walk away, so the location is decent but not outstanding. A couple of things bothered me: the air conditioning is only in the main bedroom and upstairs kitchen, and there was an unpleasant smell in some rooms, maybe related to that. I can’t quite say what the smell was. The apartment is on the third or fourth floor.
