Francesca made sure we had a fantastic stay. She was easy to reach and gave us very detailed information, including videos showing how to get into the apartment and garden. We were so lucky to find this lovely place in Chiavenna. It's in a historic building that's been nicely renovated, right on the main pedestrian shopping street, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Parking is available nearby, either on the street or in the large underground lot by the train station. The apartment was spotless, and the bed linen and towels were bright white. There's a well-equipped kitchenette if you want to eat in, but there were so many places to eat out that we didn't cook. We're looking forward to staying there again!

We loved the cozy garden and the wonderful sound of the mountain stream, and the bathroom was great too. The host sent a detailed video guide explaining how to enter the room and use everything, and helped us a lot with parking, which we really appreciated. This is one of the best places we've stayed. We'll definitely visit again for the room, the friendly people in the city, the mountains, and all the incredible hiking spots, waterfalls, and mountain peaks to admire.

Franceska welcomed us warmly and sent clear video instructions for checking in on our own. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was large, and the place was spotless and well equipped. A great stay in a wonderful spot right in the center of Chiavenna!

We booked just 30 minutes before arriving, and getting everything arranged was quick and easy. The apartment felt luxurious, was really clean, and looked lovely. The service was fantastic, and the equipment was top notch too: a fridge with drinks, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and mini kitchen. There was also a cozy little garden with a beautiful view. The surroundings were quiet, and the town was nice. We happily recommend the apartment. The area was beautiful too, great for summer hiking and winter skiing.

We stayed in the Canton apartment, which had a small balcony looking over the garden towards the river Mera. It was very quiet, well equipped, and had thoughtful details. Francesca gave us clear instructions over WhatsApp. Public parking is 100 meters away, and Francesca can provide a permit for the length of your stay. A perfect base for a few days in beautiful Chiavenna, highly recommended.
