We stayed at Mattia's in February, and the room was lovely, warm, and welcoming. They also gave us recommendations for restaurants and tours. It’s very close to the center, with parking nearby. We’d recommend it for a pleasant visit to Comacchio.

The host was really friendly, and the room was spotless and practical. It was also very quiet, which made it easy to relax and explore Comacchio. The center is close by, and there’s parking right in front.

Da Mattia worked out really well for our two days by the sea in Comacchio. The location is right in the center, and it only takes about five minutes by car to reach the beach. Our room was spacious and had the essentials, including air conditioning that felt like paradise. We were welcomed warmly and got tips on places to see, including the fantastic museum and the bridges Comacchio is known for. Our little dogs were welcome to sleep in the room with us too. Recommended.

The owners really made the stay for me. They were welcoming and always around to answer my questions. The room was completely new, with a spacious bathroom, and it's a great spot for exploring Comacchio's historic center. Good value for the money.
