The facilities are a little dated, though everything worked well. There was plenty of space, but our small tent was placed among the long-term campers, which felt odd when so many nicer spots were empty.

We spent a few August days here with our two kids, and it had everything we wanted for a fun, relaxing break with a great atmosphere. They especially loved the pools, particularly the one with a river for swimming rings. We liked the beach and its lovely bar, and the camping atmosphere meant we could enjoy the holiday and rest at night. It was obvious that lots of people come for longer stays and return year after year. The entertainment was in Italian, but we still enjoyed the area, which is close to the playground. The room rating is for our piazzola.

There are two pools, a market, a great beach bar, lovely entertainers, and the service is efficient and courteous. But if you like to sleep in on holiday, be warned: groups of kids make noise until 1:30, then at seven some idiot is sweeping the road with a machine. It feels like being parked in the middle of a city. Italian campsites aren't quiet in general, but this one combines subway-station and bazaar noise.

A boat trip and the campervan service area weren't so good, but we still had a fantastic visit. The animation team was good, and the place is right by the beach with a fantastic beach bar. Ciao Agosto 😁
