The spa and pool made it easy to unwind after a busy day, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were attentive and welcoming throughout. But what I’m really looking forward to is dinner tomorrow. The cooking here is on another level: each course, from starters through dessert, was thoughtfully balanced and beautifully presented, with flavors and textures that made the meal feel like a creative experience. The chefs’ care and respect for the ingredients came through clearly. Plenty of Alpine hotels offer comfortable rooms and good facilities, but Hotel Pustertalerhof stands out for its food.

A morning climbing in the mountains, a slow afternoon in the huge, lovely spa, then a good dinner and a well-made drink. That made for a perfect vacation day. The service deserves a mention too: it was professional and great, and we felt warmly welcomed at every point of our stay. Brilliant hotel. We’ll definitely be back.

READ THIS!!! The food was so good and high quality, better than at a lot of restaurants I’ve been to (see photos 😁). And the service was amazing, really personal and caring. They made us feel at home and took care of anything we asked for. The hotel itself is beautiful, and you can tell someone thought through all the little details. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We’ll definitely come back, highly recommended 😊

I hardly ever leave hotel ratings, but this place went way beyond what I expected. The staff and food were incredible. I can’t believe Google only gives it 3 stars. I’ll be back.

We went in September, which worked perfectly for mountain biking and hiking, then relaxing afterward. The people were so friendly, and the hotel felt really cosy inside. There’s a warm, extended swimming pool, a wellness area, and very good food. Breakfast was elaborate too. I’d warmly recommend it.
