The room was perfect, but the hot water wasn't really hot, and the jacuzzi was leaking. The city center location was fantastic. We paid €120 for the room with breakfast, but breakfast was really poor, with coffee in a paper cup and disposable plastic plates. It didn't match the room's positioning at all. David's intake and service were amazingly good. If they work on these issues, I would highly recommend it!

Davide was a very nice, friendly owner. The location is great if you want to stay in the city center, though the narrow streets mean you'll need a small or economy car to get around. We stayed one night and left early without breakfast. The person at check-in didn't know any English and wasn't very friendly, so we had to use Google Translate to manage.

The room was good, and breakfast was delicious. The only downside was how dirty the window curtain was. Otherwise, everything was great, thanks!

The host was xenophobic, aggressive, and prejudiced. If you're a foreigner or even an Italian from another region, be careful, especially if you're Brazilian or from a country they consider “poor.” The host also tries to charge tourists more than the amount agreed when booking through the apps. He says there's a €30 fee to be paid in cash because he's serving you personally, which is illegal. The room photos don't match what you find: the facilities are in an old, deteriorating building, with high and dangerous stairs leading to the rooms. The room smells of mold and cigarettes, and the bathroom is dirty and has no water. Breakfast seems to be just an attraction in the listing; in practice it's very poor, with only industrial bread, coffee, and milk.

Such a lovely place and lovely owners. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was great for exploring Chieti. Highly recommend!
