BB Antico Orologio

B&B Anticoorologio feels warm and welcoming, and the clean, well-kept rooms have everything you need. Breakfast was delicious each morning, often with homemade cake, which made it feel especially homey. Lorenzo is kind, welcoming, and helpful, so we felt at home from the start. The place is right in the heart of the city but on a peaceful, quiet street, a lovely setup for both sightseeing and relaxing. I’d be very happy to stay here again.

Lorenzo and his mom have made a wonderful place. The B&B feels full of life and has a natural, authentic Chioggia character. It’s very clean and neat, and has a distinctive, luxurious yet extravagant look as soon as you walk in. You can feel the love and care that went into building it. Lorenzo, the co-owner, was attentive and friendly, and clearly has his own style. Bravo to him and his mom.

The mother and son who own the place were both really kind, and they speak English. The renovated rooms were very clean and well priced. Breakfast was great, with salami and cheese, jam and butter, cornflakes, and homemade sweets. Parking is the one less-than-perfect part. It’s about 300 meters from the hotel since the hotel is in a pedestrian zone. Still, that gives you a nice 10-minute walk through the city.
