My family and I had a lovely time here. The mobile home was really clean, and the staff were helpful. There was a great range of activities and services, and plenty to see around the region too. We visited caves, the sweets factory, and the village, among other places. I loved this camping village.

The service was generally good, and the beach area was well organized. We came for a short vacation recently. Our room or house was small but had everything we needed, though it wasn't very clean. The pool was divided up nicely and felt very cool, maybe too cool. Things were good overall, just not perfect.

It's a good place for the price, and being within biking distance of Chioggia was a plus. I usually don't love campgrounds, since they're often some way from towns, and this one is too. The mobile homes were clean and nice, but the nearest market wasn't as good as I'd hoped. In the kitchen there were no wine glasses or proper grater. Beach sunbeds were included and good, though the sea had quite a lot of seaweed. Pool rules didn't allow balls, and sunbeds there weren't free.

We kept losing electricity because the fuse tripped again and again, so we were without power much of the time. The toilets and showers were also far from clean and seemed badly maintained. Beach sunbeds cost 20€ a day, and the man in charge was extremely rude, had almost no customer service skills, and barely spoke English. He even made a scene over a child digging a small hole in the sand. For what they charge, you'd expect the basics to work. Instead, everything felt overpriced, and the staff seemed annoyed we were there. Awful experience. I wouldn't return even if they paid me. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

The beach was filthy, with plastic floating in the water and cigarettes buried in the sand where kids could dig them up. The restaurant food was all quantity over quality, and I got sick of it. Our bungalow was in terrible shape: the air conditioning was broken and the woman at the service desk said they'd send a special technician, but it was fixed with tape. Loose wires hung from the wall above the bed, the damp had made the sink cabinet fall apart, and the kitchen cupboards were broken and crooked. Dust and dirt had built up underneath them, visible because the bottoms weren't covered like in the website photos. The bathroom was nothing like the pictures either. There was no bidet, some tiles were broken or a different color, the door had holes along the sides, one stuffed with expanding foam, and there was mold in the shower. There was food or blood on the bedroom curtain. The service lady said staff would wash it, but they took the wrong curtain. When I went back to explain, a staff woman returned angry and disrespectful. When I first complained that this wasn't what I expected, the service lady just showed me the magazine pictures. I ignored her because neither the online nor magazine photos matched what we got. There's much more wrong with the place, but I'm done writing. It was a horrible experience. As soon as we woke up, we left to find things to do elsewhere, which made our time in Chioggia better. One bathroom photo is what they show online; the other is what we actually got. I had cleaned the bathroom in that picture.
