A nice beach and a nice place for families with kids. It's outside the city center, but still not too far away.

In 14 days in Italy, this was the worst campsite we stayed at. We called to ask whether accommodation was available for one, maybe two nights for two people, and were told yes, to come in. Nobody gave us any more details, including when we arrived. The apartment was meant for at least six people and was so hot we could hardly breathe. The shower swung unpredictably between icy cold and terribly hot. Cleaning was poor: the shower had mold, the mirror was dirty, and the curtains had gaps in places. Air conditioning was only in the kitchenette, so little cool air reached the bedroom, which stayed hot all night. We left in the morning and reception said we had to pay for two nights because we'd booked them. We hadn't been told there was a two-day reservation or that we'd have to pay if we didn't stay. Luckily, we paid for just one night, but even that was a horrendous 180 euros, plus 40 euros for cleaning that hadn't been properly done before we arrived. For that price, we could have had a five-star hotel with breakfast and a sea view. There are much nicer, cheaper campsites in Italy with better service and friendlier staff. I don't recommend this place.

The pizzeria by the pool was an utterly disgusting experience. The staff treated us with shocking disrespect and seemed to see customers only as money, for example, more people meant more money. We placed our meal order, waited patiently, and had already been given drinks and cutlery when an unpleasant older woman came over. She said we had takeaway food and made us move to a table that was extremely unhygienic, with cigarette ash all over it and a plate left by the previous customers. Around 30 minutes later, our number was called, but we got only half the order because the server had been distracted while we ordered. If you're thinking of booking here for a holiday, I strongly advise against it unless you're fine with being disrespected and treated as a source of income.

The pizza was inedible, like chewing gum, and had hardly any toppings. The employees at the restaurant by the pool were disrespectful, especially a blonde woman around 40 who was unbearable.
