The apartment is spacious, with nice wood floors and a comfortable bed, and the internet worked well. The industrial look was nice too. It's central, but you have to get around on foot over cobblestones, and it's a couple of blocks to reach a cab. We were on the second floor, up narrow stairs with no elevator. The bathroom and kitchen are both small, and the shower gel and towels were low quality. There was no outdoor space or view, though we could open a window for fresh air. The main problem was the loud party street. Groups gathered and yelled late into the night, waking us more than once. Bring earplugs. The TV couldn't pick up any channels.

The apartment itself was peaceful, even though it's in the middle of a lively, fashionable area, and it was wonderfully spacious. Alessandro answered our questions quickly and offered advice on everything from eating and drinking to free parking. Couldn't have asked for a better host, and I'd highly recommend the place.

We loved Vicoloft and would happily recommend it. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, and we could walk to all the sights from its brilliant location. Trastevere gets very lively and crowded at weekends; we enjoyed joining in and soaking up the atmosphere. Alessandro made us feel welcome, and we knew we could ask him for help if we needed anything. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We spent a great vacation here and had an awesome time. Alessandro and his wife were kind, gave us a map full of food suggestions, and welcomed us with a bottle of prosecco. The apartment is very spacious and in a great spot for walking everywhere. We made it on foot to the Spanish Steps, Vatican City, Borghese garden and the Colosseum. Trastevere was a lovely area to relax in at a cafe, bar, trattoria or restaurant.
