The apartment was clean, modern, and really nice. The breakfast at the nearby 'pasticceria' was quite limited, though, just a cappuccino and croissant, with no juice or typical Italian B&B breakfast.

The hosts were very kind and even left us a bottle of wine. The apartment was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed, a small kitchen that had what we needed, and a modern, practical bathroom. It was also in a very quiet area. Definitely a place to consider for a stay or holiday in Chioggia/Sottomarina.

We felt very well looked after, and the accommodation was maintained down to the smallest details. Its position makes it easy to enjoy a quiet break between the beaches of Sottomarina and Chioggia's beauty. Highly recommended.

It was easy to explore both Chioggia and Sottomarina from this perfectly placed property. There isn't parking right beside it, but we found a spot nearby without trouble. The "I Veli" room felt lovely and restful, with fresh, thoughtful furnishings, and it was clean and fairly quiet. You could hear some sounds from other rooms and the bar about 30 meters away in the early evening. The owner had clearly tried to keep that down with new windows and curtains, including blackout ones for the night.
