The beach is just across the road, and our first-floor terrace looked out over the sea. We spent 15 days in the Capinera apartment and were very happy with it. It was clean and tidy, with everything we needed. Two deckchairs and an umbrella came with the apartment, and we could pay for more at the beach reception. There’s also a free room with washing machines, irons, and an ironing board, available whenever you need it. The covered parking is behind the building, and luggage carts made it easy to bring suitcases up to the apartment. The owner was kind, and a younger boy gave us all the instructions. We’re very satisfied and will definitely come back.

The beach is right across the road, and the offer includes two sunbeds and an umbrella, so there’s no need to arrange them yourself. Our week in the freshly renovated studio was comfortable, with a new, well-equipped kitchen. We also used a free bike to explore the Sottomarina area and the charming center of Chioggia. Helpful staff and a parking space for every apartment. Highly recommended!

The included parking and the beach service with a lounge chair and umbrella were a real plus. Our apartment was newly renovated, clean, and had all the kitchen utensils we needed. Marco was so friendly, kind, and helpful, which feels rare these days. We stayed for the June 2nd long weekend and had a great time. We’d be happy to come back. It was easy to get our luggage straight to the apartment using the carts and elevator, and the covered parking was convenient to access. The apartment was bright, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including comfortable beds. The complex is across from the partner beach, and the bike rental service was excellent. Marco was very kind, helpful, and attentive to every need. We’ll definitely be back.
