A really distinctive hotel on Ischia, with lovely pools and a spectacular outlook over the bay, Procida and Castel Aragonese. Such an amazing place.

The food was a highlight: varied, good quality and carefully prepared, with delicious dishes. The staff deserve just as much praise. I spent a week here, and even though I travel a lot for work, I’ve never stayed somewhere where every staff member was so kind, professional, welcoming and ready to help with requests. A special thanks to Antonio in the restaurant, and Lina and Cristina in the spa. I don’t know everyone’s names. The hotel is under 15 minutes on foot from the port, but the uphill walk with luggage isn’t comfortable. By car it’s only three minutes, though a taxi costs around €15. The property feels dated and could use modernization, but it’s clean and welcoming. The value for money is truly extraordinary.
