Smart Hotel Mediterraneo

The jacuzzi wasn't working, and the water was cold. We had booked for our honeymoon in the off-season, when you can't access the sea, because the total price included the jacuzzi and wellness area. We could only use the wellness facilities in the morning; in the afternoon, there was an extra charge. The manager wasn't interested in offering a discount, saying we already had €10 off as hotel guests compared with non-guests. That's a silly argument. Breakfast wasn't even close to four-star quality. Thanks to Nicole at reception, though, who was very friendly and helpful :) EDIT: I'm changing this to 1 star because they're lying in their response. We never went to the SPA in the morning during our stay, and never said we liked it.

The beach, along with several bars and restaurants, is within walking distance. Our room was cozy and clean, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of vegetarian choices. Lovely hotel!

Hotel Mediterraneo made us feel welcome and right at home. It's a small, family-like place, not one of those big impersonal hotels. The staff were awesome, always trying to help and actually getting things done. Breakfast was great, and room service was perfect. There's a rooftop terrace and another small one beside the building, both nice for relaxing evenings, and the beach is right in front. Thanks for having us, we had a great time!

Even with overcast skies, the beach-facing balcony on the top floor had stunning views. We loved the big shared balcony, with its 270-degree outlook over the port, beach, and city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, many thanks to them. We also found the people around town delightful and friendly.
