We paid 16 euros to fill our van's water tank, but the first station's hose wouldn't reach unless we parked uncomfortably close, and the second hose was broken. I spent 15 minutes trying to fix its connection. I stepped away to use the bathroom, and when I came back, the owner came out yelling that we'd exceeded a “15-minute limit” and had to leave. Nobody had told us there was a limit, and the delay was caused by the faulty equipment. He said he'd “timed us” and wouldn't listen or show any understanding. When I finally pulled the hose out, it broke off inside our van's tank, causing more delay and frustration. The water facilities are poorly maintained, and the owner's aggressive, unprofessional behavior made this the worst customer experience I've ever had. The whole thing felt like a scam. Save yourself the stress. You'll pay good money to be yelled at while dealing with broken equipment. If you just need water for your van, there are plenty of free spigots at nearby gas stations.

Awful experience. The equipment was broken, and the owner was extremely rude. They don't tell you about a 15-minute time limit, then come out yelling that you've taken too long. The atmosphere is hostile. DO NOT GO HERE.

A little pricey, but the pitches are spacious and the campsite doesn't feel crowded, even when full 👍 The pool is the best I've ever seen at a campsite. It's also well placed for exploring the eastern Dolomites.

The view is beautiful, and there's a small shop selling fresh bread rolls. The grounds are modern and very clean, with a heated pool, and all the staff are incredibly friendly. We stopped here on our trip, and the only downside was the rather high price of the campervan pitch.

Not bad for a couple of days in Chiusa. The rest area is five minutes from the center. First, stop at the campsite reception to register, then head to the rest area, where they'll open the barrier. There's a sink, a long water hose, and plenty of power outlets. For gray water and chemical toilets, you have to cross the road, turn around, and ask them to open the access.
