The price was okay, but the campsite itself could use some work, and the owner could be friendlier. In early October there were lots of long-term guests, with hardly anyone else around.

We arrived with a baby on board and found the campsite had already closed, a week earlier than the date listed on the website. We couldn’t reach anyone by phone.

It’s a good campsite, though I missed having basics like soap in the bathroom.

We had a great time, and the kids did too. As residents of Ancona visiting Casentino, we were honored to be the first guests of 2026. There were a few organizational hiccups, which is understandable when the season starts up again, but the staff, especially Alessandra and Omar, sorted them out quickly and with a smile. We’ll be back...

A relaxing, peaceful holiday in a quiet place. Everything is well maintained, the food is good, and the dogs are happy. There are no rules beyond common sense, civility, and good manners. The staff are excellent, kind, and welcoming. We’ll be back ☺️
