10/10
For our family of four, the room had decent space and a large queen bed plus two twin beds. The beds felt a little firm, which suited me as a stomach sleeper and my wife and children as side sleepers. The staff were friendly at all hours, and the location and price worked well for us while traveling from Sorrento toward Livorno/Ardenza to spend our last 2 days with family. Breakfast was included and adequate, a little better than continental but only just. One caveat: the AC took hours to cool the room and didn't blow very strongly. We'd been in Italy almost 3 weeks and were used to warmer rooms, but many Americans and northern Europeans may find it less comfortable. Good value overall, though the minor drawbacks are worth considering.

We just came by to collect the key for an apartment, but the hotel looked lovely. The manager was very helpful, and the setting seemed pleasant with great views.

The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was good. It's a nice little hotel, and I'd stay again.

A good family place with great service, and it isn't expensive.
