This is our regular summer getaway now because we feel so at home here. The location is handy, a couple of minutes on foot from the center, yet still quiet. Parking has never been an issue for us, even though some reviews mention it. The town layout makes parking difficult throughout, but at worst we park 50 meters away, and the owners sometimes have a garage available. Sergio and Maria Grazia are attentive, discreet, and always ready to help. They speak Italian, German, and French, and little touches like something fresh in the fridge mean a lot. The apartment is spotless and fully equipped: air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, insulated new windows, washing machine, great water pressure, stovetop, new appliances, capsule coffee machine, microwave, television, Wi-Fi, towels, and cleaning products.

I came back to this B&B as promised because I’d felt right at home before. My first stay at this "Vacation Home" was from September 9th to 14th, and it was excellent. The apartments are practically new and furnished with everything, including dishes, a washing machine, and vacuum cleaner. The owners are very kind and available whenever you need something. Definitely worth a visit soon.

We stayed as a family in the La Marmora apartment in Teulada. It was just as described, clean, and had all the comforts we needed. The woman who runs it is helpful and always available to answer questions. Our dog came with us and was welcomed like family. Highly recommended.

I’m very disappointed to have lost so much money. I couldn’t reach an agreement with this establishment, so I can’t recommend it. I booked through Booking.com and wanted to cancel after my easyJet flight was canceled, which meant I couldn’t travel to Sardinia. The owner refused to refund the deposit I paid, over 500 euros. I find that unacceptable and very unprofessional.

I couldn’t travel to the stay I booked through Booking.com because of COVID, and the owner is refusing to refund me. That’s unacceptable. I’ll take legal action. It’s a shame some people are taking advantage of this situation.
