The hotel made our week of cycling in Piedmont easy from the start. Gianni and his team handled the arrangements by email in excellent English, and were accommodating throughout. They set us up with high-spec Italian bikes from a nearby shop, plus water, electrolyte drinks, packed lunches, tools, secure storage and daily kit laundering, all included in the price. Davide from the shop gave us GPX routes of about 90 km and 1,000 m of climbing each day, challenging without being too much. The rooms were bright and clean, the food was excellent and great value, and the reception and waiting staff were friendly and helpful. They also booked a private airport taxi both ways. Christian's service was prompt and comfortable. Thanks to everyone.

The garden is lovely and would have been a great place to unwind if the road noise hadn't carried over. I was hoping for quiet countryside after two weeks getting from Madrid to Torino by bike and train, and had pictured meeting other cycling fans or watching the Giro d'Italia since this is listed as a bicycle hotel. The setting felt more like a roadside motel, with a parking lot around the building and a busy, noisy road alongside it. That mismatch was my own expectation, not their fault, but charging 8 euros to park a bike was a first for me. The restaurant is quite good and comes recommended, but breakfast was a letdown: they had delicious bread with dinner, yet served only dry industrial bread in the morning. I also expected a way to reach the hotel without riding along a road full of mad Italian drivers. Rural paths are nearby, but all more than 1 km away.

Clean, nice rooms and a good breakfast, with a pleasant garden too. It's a simple place but well organized, and the price is convenient. The fitness center and pool are free, though I think the sauna and Jacuzzi cost extra. A very good option.

From the road between villages, you wouldn't guess how nice the garden and the rest of the place are. We only stayed one night, so I'm not sure what there is to do for a longer visit, though there's a castle nearby. The family room worked well, with two separate connected rooms, and it was a relaxing stop after a long drive. There was a lovely mountain view, a pool with afternoon acquagym, a kids' playground and a big trampoline.

The garden and view were amazing. I was there for a wedding in one of the halls and really liked the food and the very nice staff.
