BEWARE!!! Cash was stolen while we were out. Someone opened the safe, even though it had been locked. Don't trust this hotel.

We booked for October 2025 and paid the full amount upfront, but only got a vague confirmation over WhatsApp. The landlord never answered our requests for proper booking confirmation. After seeing the many other negative reviews and finding that the website was blocked too, we cancelled. Our refund still hasn't come, and the €260 is probably gone. FRAUD!!! Don't book this hotel under any circumstances.

The hotel seems to have changed hands or names. We got a booking confirmation for completely different rooms, and the old hotel no longer exists. There's now a sign saying New Ripetta Due, though it may now be called Ripetta Telier. Looking inside the rooms strongly suggests that, and the hotel's website looks like it has taken over the rooms and operations. This is fraud.

They cancelled my reservation and never returned the money.
