We loved how quiet it was at night, with vineyards right beside the guesthouse, especially after busy days in Rome. The room was spotless and lovely, and the hostess was so friendly and helpful. It’s about a 25-minute train ride into Rome, with the local station just a five-minute walk away. Staying here really added to our trip, and we’d happily return.

Watch for the signs if you arrive after dark, since the B&B is reached by a dirt road. The rooms are on the small side, but they’re very clean and well kept; the bathroom is spacious, with a big shower. The woman running the place is welcoming and attentive, and seems to genuinely want guests to feel at home. Basic needs are covered with Wi-Fi, a welcome drink, and breakfast. A very pleasant stay.

The owners were so kind and useful, and even provide rides to the airport or train station. It’s a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, with a lovely, practical kitchen. The residence is clean, welcoming, and carefully furnished down to the smallest details. I had a wonderful stay.

Staying here felt like stepping into the world of a Jane Austen novel, with a romantic, literary touch to add to a travel journal. The bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms all share that magical atmosphere, cared for with great attention. It feels caught between ancient history and lush nature. If you’re exploring the Castelli Romani, this is a lovely place to feel at home while visiting the capital.

I hardly ever leave reviews because they feel so subjective, but this B&B really deserves one. I’ve travelled extensively around Italy and found very few places like it. The cleanliness is state of the art, and the owner is incredibly kind and attentive to what guests need. The extra €20 over the average could easily have been €50.
