The room was spotless, and everything looked even better in person than it did in the pictures. We only spent one night at Giardini Penelope and really wished we could have stayed longer. The garden and several beautiful pools made it feel like a dream. Staff were lovely and helpful, and happy to suggest a restaurant. Breakfast was very good too. We’d absolutely recommend it.

We came for three days, and the staff were wonderful. My wife wasn’t feeling well after our flight, so instead of heading out to explore Rome while we waited for check-in, we were given another room to rest in. They even made us breakfast. The food was amazing, the pool was heated, and the whole place was so peaceful. I’m very grateful for everyone’s kindness.

We had lunch on arrival and really enjoyed the good home cooking. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and when we had to leave early for our flight, they left a packed breakfast in our room. Suite Penelope was very comfortable, with good climate control, a big walk-in shower, and a bath. The hotel feels like a quiet retreat outside Rome, while still being handy for Ciampino airport. I’d highly recommend it.

The pool was so relaxing that I took a couple of naps there. We were only here for a day, but the place was peaceful and the service was just right, they didn’t fuss over us. If you’re after somewhere quiet to relax, this is a great spot.
