La Casa dell'Orso

I felt at home here, and the comfortable beds made it easy to rest after a flight. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms and bathrooms are really large. Breakfast is simple but enough to get the day going. With the location, expect some airplane and traffic noise, though it didn't bother me because I was tired and used to city noise. The price was great and felt worth every penny. I'd give it 5 stars, but there's always room to improve. Next time I fly into rome I'll try to stay again. The bed was incredibly comfortable, probably the best one we had in Italy. The place was clean and spacious, and we got a friendly welcome. Parking behind the property was easy, and the mainline station nearby has direct trains to Rome terminus. It's also right by Ciampino airport, so there is some noise, though it's great if you like watching planes. Highly recommend this B&B.

We only booked a night before our flight, but the warm welcome and comfortable stay made us wish we could stay longer. Maurizio was a wonderful host, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The airport is right behind the house. I'd recommend it to anyone flying from Ciampino or looking to stay outside the chaos of Rome.

Maurizio, the owner, was cheerful, friendly, and helpful, and he drove us to and from Ciampino. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but it was all I needed around my flights. La Casa Dell'Orso B&B is about a five-minute drive from the airport, which makes it a handy choice for flying in or out. I stayed here in December 2019.
