I stayed one night in ground-floor room 102. The B&B is handy for the airport, though I’m not sure what else is nearby. Check-in by phone was convenient, and they sent a WhatsApp code for the outside door. But the room key had been left in the door on the outside before I arrived, so anyone could have entered. From inside, a cover over the lock stops you locking yourself in, meaning someone with a second service key could come in while you’re there. I found that very unusual. The bed was comfortable, but the room had mold stains on the wall and a strong sewage smell from the bathroom that reached the room. The toilet seat wasn’t securely attached. The air conditioning blew straight at your face, the shower tray was slippery, and there were no shower products, though hand soap was provided. The lighting was very cold and white, almost like an operating room at night, and the TV was tiny. WiFi was available, though I didn’t use it. Breakfast was sparse: one croissant per person, as staff specified, plus coffee or cappuccino, juice, and toast. It was served in an uninviting room at shared tables, with plastic tablecloths that even had holes. Given the room and services, I think the price should be much lower, around 30 euros per night.

After a problem at the airport, we called at 1:00 a.m. to ask for a room. The staff were very kind, responded straight away, and sent us all the details for self-check-in. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, and they helped arrange a taxi back to the airport. Great location, availability, and service. Thanks again for helping us. We’ll remember you next time we’re near Palermo. ♥️

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the B&B seems to have been renovated recently. My first impression was very good, but breakfast was a bit limited and the rooms had plenty of flaws. In the triple room, two bedside tables were missing, and there were ants in the bathroom. I also noticed damaged walls behind the door frames and crooked, poorly fitting air conditioning ducts. The price seemed a little higher than at other hotels nearby.

We found a place at the last minute for one night on a road trip and booked directly over WhatsApp late in the evening. Communication with the property was great. We got there after 1 a.m. and received a code to enter, as there’s no reception. Highly recommend! 👍
