The estate is gorgeous and so well kept, with spotless rooms. Spending time around the villa felt like being in our own garden, and inside it had the homey feel of a huge house. My fiancée and I stayed for two nights, and I told Nicola about my proposal plans. He was glad to help me think things through over chat, and I asked the team to put together a picnic basket and find out some details about the area. Everyone was polite, helpful, and ready to go the extra mile. We can't wait to come back and spend longer at this beautiful Italian villa. Thanks for everything!

We'd definitely return to this splendid country house. The staff are excellent, the view is fantastic, and the meals were outstanding. Our room was always clean and fresh, and we had no complaints about the pool either. A car comes in handy for taking trips, and it's safe in the closed parking area in front of the house. We had an amazing holiday in a wonderful location.

The restaurant food was excellent, and watching the sunset from the terrace while eating was a treat. We spent a perfect week here in June at this peaceful, family-owned retreat near the really cute town of Città della Pieve. Luca and his father made us feel completely at home. Their three rescued dogs stay on the grounds and are absolutely adorable.

What stood out most was the service and warm hospitality. The building is well cared for and sits in a very quiet area, with fields nearby that were lovely to walk through in the morning. Orvieto and Perugia are close enough for easy day trips, making this a great place to stay while exploring the area.

We fell for the place as soon as we arrived. The peaceful location, spacious room, and delicious food all made for a perfect stay. Nicola and the team were so good, we'll definitely return!
