We’ve been returning with our group of friends for almost 10 years. The owners are always kind and flexible about our needs. The property has lovely walks that start right outside the door, and I love the peaceful setting and views over the green valley, woods, and distant rolling hills from the large terrace. The main house is beautiful, and the old casale with its swimming pool is magnificent, just a short distance away. It works especially well for large groups who want quiet, nature, and lovely views. There's a fully equipped large kitchen, banquet-size dining room, two smaller living rooms, terrace, and pool. Bedrooms are good, with wood finishes and en suite bathrooms.

The truffle hunt and lunch with wine tasting was the highlight of our wonderful Umbrian holiday. We didn't stay at the property, just came for the experience, and the whole family loved it. Elisabetta knows so much about truffles, wine, and the area, and made the day fun, interesting, and delicious. The view is spectacular, and you could spend all day in the lounge chairs looking out. The hostess was lovely and helpful with suggestions for places to visit. Highly recommend it.

Elisabetta was a wonderful host, guiding us, pairing the wine, and helping cook. We came for a truffle hunt in the family's forest with a hunter and his dog Kira, then had one of the best meals I've ever eaten. Thank you for such an amazing day!

The best agriturismo in the upper Tiber Valley, you can't go wrong. Great local food, plenty of amenities including a swimming pool and a natural lake on the property. The best place for a holiday, hard to find anywhere better.
