History and character are what make this place special, and the value for money is great. It's a very old abbey turned into holiday apartments, with a beautiful little former church that's ideal for weddings and similar celebrations. The view over the Tevere valley is unforgettable, and the location is amazing. There are large green areas and a great pool. Nadia and her crew are steadily improving the facilities and doing a great job. Don't come expecting the bland, pleasure-focused luxury of a modern five-star hotel. We actually prefer this place. Nights bring a cooling breeze from the hills, so you don't need air conditioning. The restaurant is simple but good, and the coffee is great. We spent several relaxing weeks here and will return as often as we can. Ci vediamo Nadia!
