It felt like home, thanks to impeccable hospitality from the lovely host. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was generous. The beautiful historic building is just a stone’s throw from the historic center.

Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The owners are such warm, genuine people, and breakfast was a lovely surprise: on arrival, the lady asked whether we'd prefer chocolate cake or yogurt. We picked yogurt, and the next morning it was waiting on the table with several varieties and wonderful homemade jams. There's no parking at the B&B, though finding a spot nearby is easy. Such a wonderful stay!

Breakfast is a real treat here, with Mrs. Luciana making fresh cakes and pastries. The B&B is charming and only about a three-minute walk from the historic center; parking isn't at the property, but it's close. Our cozy attic apartment had air conditioning, exposed beams, and antique furnishings that made it feel traditional and welcoming.

Luciana is a warm, attentive owner, and the breakfast spread is generous, with sweet and savory choices, homemade cakes, and gluten-free, lactose-free, or vegan options if requested. Our attic apartment in a 15th-century mansion was full of character, furnished with antiques but still practical and very well equipped. It's right in the historic center, about 300 meters from the cathedral, and close to free parking, handy for exploring nearby places by car. We especially recommend Montone, Citerna, Sansepolcro, and, a little farther away, Cortona and its Etruscan Museum. We hope to return on our next Italy trip and enjoy the region, its food, and its treasures again.
