Hotel Garden in Citta' di Castello was a great place to stay, and I wanted to thank the team. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a lovely view, while the location made it easy to reach the main sights on foot. Check-in was especially smooth thanks to the friendly and helpful front desk staff. I had a fantastic visit and hope to stay here again next time I'm in town.

A good choice for business trips. The room was decent, especially the bathroom, which looked recently redone, and the hotel seems to be doing a good job keeping things clean. The front desk was always available and helpful. At dinner, the restaurant was better than expected, with excellent staff who communicated well and presented everything nicely. The breakfast desk staff, especially the woman there, were incredibly helpful and made my breakfast.

I showed up in the late afternoon without a reservation, and the friendly staff found me a comfortable, clean room. I could park for free in the secure underground garage. Dinner was excellent, and the staff were friendly too.

I love this hotel. We stayed there every August from 2002 through 2014, usually for three or four weeks, often with a group of friends. We visit less now only because we live in Portugal. The hotel has been excellent over the years, with superb staff and a great restaurant, and it's been updated quite a bit since our first visit. They listen and go the extra mile. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast has very little choice unless you like sweet biscuits and cakes. There is a large free car park, plus a pool with loungers in front of the hotel. The rooms are clean, though rather small. The location isn't the best, but the centre isn't far away.
