Luca and Marco were discreet and welcoming, and happy to help with whatever we needed. The detached villa was clean and well looked after. I hardly ever find a mattress and pillow that don't make me feel homesick. Breakfast was excellent, and they even had Nesquik for our daughter's favorite chocolate milk. Nothing to complain about. Well done, guys, see you soon!

We had a great stay. The rooms were lovely, cozy, and clean, with private bathrooms and balconies. It's in a safe, quiet residential area that's great for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to lend a hand. I'd recommend it!

I stumbled on this place by chance and found it clean, peaceful, and well located near the highway. The owner was kind and very professional. Breakfast came with fresh croissants and everything else you need, and parking is available. I highly recommend it and plan to make it my usual place in the Pescara area. Now I'm curious to try the property in Montesilvano.

A quiet B&B with a friendly owner and a tasty breakfast. Everything was very clean except for mold along the edges of the shower.
