The receptionist was kind, and the rest of the staff were friendly too. This hotel is less than 50 meters from the center, and I’d happily vacation here again. I liked the room’s style and the awesome paintings. It was clean and functional, with a big TV and a properly stocked minibar. One side of the hotel connects directly to the city walls, so you really feel part of them.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was very clean with all the facilities we needed. The continental breakfast at the hotel restaurant had plenty of choice, was fresh and satisfying, and set us up for a long morning of sightseeing. The city center and its great places to visit are only five minutes away. Very much recommended, and we’ll stay here again!

We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is inside the city walls, close to the center, and the breakfast was great with excellent service. My husband and I stayed here in September 2021 while walking the Via Francesco. Recommended.

I’ve come back many, many times. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s a great base for exploring Umbria. The accommodations are what you’d expect in Italy, in a hotel room hosted by a very welcoming family.

We could easily walk to the square in the city center from Hotel le Mura, which sits at the edge of the old city. It was also easy to reach by car, with a parking lot outside the wall. Our rooms were clean and tidy. I was there with a large group for a conference, and the staff were simply incredible, generous with their time, energy, and kindness beyond measure.
