Alessandro made our stay feel personal. My sister and I connected with him right away, and by checkout it felt like saying goodbye to an old friend. We came to see Lucio Corsi at Mind Festival and also wanted time in Civitanova Marche. The breakfast had lots of options, both sweet and savory. Our recently renovated room was immaculate, with air conditioning, a TV, a small fridge, and coffee-making facilities. Parking can be reserved on site at no extra cost if a space is available. The location worked well for us even though it's not especially close to the beachfront, and we got around on foot without trouble. The reviews that drew us to IlCivico3 were right. We'd gladly return, and recommend it to anyone staying a few nights in town. Thanks, Alessandro!

Parking turned out to be easy, with open spaces on the road right outside. Alessandro also offered us bikes for riding around the beach. He gave us dining suggestions and was genuinely welcoming. The B&B is tidy, clean, and away from the beach crowds, with thoughtful design details throughout. Breakfast was generous by Italian standards, with fresh fruit, including figs from the next-door neighbor, cakes, cereal, and cappuccinos from Alessandro. He'd made the cake himself. A real treat to stay here. Until next time!

Breakfast was excellent, served at a lovely table outdoors. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, and the bathroom had a huge shower. This little B&B is in a very quiet part of Civitanova Marche, about 6-7 minutes from the sea by car. Alessandro was kind and ready to share any information we needed. The price felt very reasonable for what was provided.

Alessandro is the real highlight here. His kindness and enthusiasm made us feel at home each morning, and breakfast was seriously generous. The place itself is welcoming, brand new, and spotless. The room had every comfort. Highly recommended!
