Roberto and Roberta were generous, kind hosts, and their hospitality was amazing. They had useful recommendations for whatever we needed. When our dog had an eye problem, they contacted a vet to arrange an appointment and even offered to take us there. They also went out of their way to find another vet in the next city on our route. The property is beautiful, with secure parking right on site, which was so convenient. Our room was spotless and beautifully designed, and the memory foam beds were very comfortable. The sea was a quick 100 Meter Walk away.

Roberta did everything she could to make our stay feel special, and we felt right at home. Her kindness and professionalism, along with the property's beauty and impeccable cleanliness, made this one of the most comfortable trips we've had. We travel often, but rarely feel this at ease. We stayed at this fantastic B&B with my family and our boxer dog from July 12th to 19th. It deserves a 10 out of 10. Thank you so much, we'll definitely return! The Agostini Family

On our second year in a row staying at Invento, it was a pleasure once again to spend a few days in Civitanova Marche. We came across the B&B online by chance and were impressed by the value for money. Roberta and her daughters are meticulous, kind, and courteous, and the place feels like home whenever we visit. I also love the large garden and outdoor veranda. After breakfast I can sit there and work on my laptop in peace, and the local Wi-Fi works well. The shared living area has a distinctive industrial loft feel, with careful attention to detail, and that style carries through the spacious, quiet, well-kept rooms. They're clean, have air conditioning and Smart TVs, and each has a bathroom worth mentioning. Breakfast is hearty, with fresh yogurt, homemade cakes, dried and fresh fruit, juices, tea, and more. The yogurt is delicious 😋. Staff also make fresh orange juice, cappuccinos, and coffee. I always enjoy returning to the Marche region and staying at Invento. I recommend it to anyone looking to get away from everyday routine while still feeling at home. ❤️ If I had to sum it up in one phrase: "TOP CALITY" 🔝🙌🏾

Mrs. Roberta looked after us so well, with real courtesy and care. Breakfast was a treat, from homemade cakes and fresh pastries to juices, tea, freshly squeezed juice, and coffee. The property is an old mansion that's been renovated with taste and personality. The room price felt fair, and the way the spaces are laid out makes everything comfortable and practical. We were pampered like never before!
