B&B Villa Pini

The owner is a very human person, always available to help guests with anything, from practical issues to personal ones. The rooms are comfortable and functional. It’s a short walk from the Villa dei Pini clinic, and close to the city center, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

After my orthopedic surgery in Civitanova Marche, my wife and I spent four days in a room at B&B Villa Pini. We’ll certainly come back, this time for a vacation. The room was comfortable and clean, and the towels were changed without us needing to ask. The area was quiet, and the center of Civitanova was close by. The accommodation is very near the clinic where I had surgery, so my wife could get there in just a few minutes. From the booking stage, Mr. Andrea was kind and helpful. He welcomed us at check-in, explained everything, and said he was available if we needed anything. He also told us about local facilities and a bar and pastry shop where we could get breakfast. At the end of our stay, he came to the clinic and took us to the station. Many thanks, Mr. Andrea.

The owner was really kind and helpful, and the room was clean and well equipped. We stopped for one night while passing through. Highly recommended.

We were two people there on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, and if I could, I’d give it 10 stars. The room was huge, beautiful, and very well looked after, with a large, spotless bathroom and virtually everything we needed. It felt like staying in a five-star hotel. There’s a private entrance with a gate and a small garden. Mr. Andrea was incredibly helpful. It’s also 100 meters from the Villa dei Pini clinic. I really recommend it to anyone who needs it.
