Residenza Mimì

The beach is an easy walk, about 900 meters to the seafront, and the fiber internet is really fast. We also enjoyed fresh pastries each morning at breakfast. The rooms are lovely and clean, each with its own color, and finished with care down to the details. The owner was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

On Ferragosto, August 15th, they treated us to a delicious aperitif on the terrace with typical local food. That was a real highlight. We felt like part of the family, thanks to the friendly owner, who paid attention to what guests needed, and the very helpful Mariella. Simona was so kind, too. The place is new and clean, with welcoming rooms. Civitanova is a very pretty town, and we'll certainly come back.

The breakfast kitchenette is very thoughtfully arranged, with bottles of water and all sorts of juices provided. The annex is also exceptional. Everything feels new and carefully finished, right down to the smallest details, and the different rooms use soft, pleasant colors. Gorgeous 😊 I wish I could give it more than five stars. Thanks to our friends for recommending this residence.

Breakfast was varied and really tasty, definitely something I'd repeat. The Mimì residence itself is lovely, newly built and decorated in a fresh, youthful style. The rooms are comfortable and well looked after, and the owners are both friendly and professional.
