The property is 800 meters from the sea, about a 10-minute walk, and it’s clean and spacious. I stayed with a friend, and the owner, Antonello, was so kind and helpful that we felt right at home, maybe even better. He was available for every request and gave us various services and favors, including extras that weren’t in the booking, all free of charge. Top notch!

It was so quiet at night, and the spot is handy for both the sea and the highway. The apartment felt like home, and the hosts made us feel like family. I’ve never felt so warmly welcomed. I recommend it.

The owners really know how to make you feel at home. The apartment was clean, with lovely painted colors and beautiful ceilings. Even the entrance to the building is very nice.

The paintings along the stairwell give the whole building a bit of artistic character. We found the apartment comfortable enough to spend our holiday there, as well as a useful base for exploring Civitanova. The beach is just over 1 km away. Antonello and his wife deserve much of the credit. They were friendly and looked after us well. She started our trip with homemade cakes, and I’m still thinking about them. I’d recommend it for a couple wanting to see southern Marche. The highway toll booth is about 5-10 minutes away by car. If you’re staying nearby, there are usually several parking spots beyond the main road, about 200-300 meters toward the sea, even during high season.
