BB Calipso

The owner was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean when we arrived. But we had booked through Booking.com for two adults and a child, and there was only a double bed, so the baby had to sleep between us. The bathroom was tiny and had no bidet. The listing said parking was free, but the B&B has no private spaces. If you happen to find a spot nearby, you'd better leave the car there, since you'll lose it as soon as you move it. Breakfast on day two was meager: homemade cake and packaged items, a terrible pod-made cappuccino, and low-quality juice. We left a day early because of bad weather. The owner seemed disappointed but didn't mention any partial refund for the unused night. Cleaning was only superficial too, with sand still in the shower from the previous evening. At payment, I was told it would be €120, the Booking.com price for a double room. I paid, then was asked for another €10, as stated in the reservation. That came to €130 for a night with a truly worthless breakfast and an uncomfortable sleep with the baby between us. Never again.
