The room was clean and good, and the tram to downtown is very close.

The advertised price left out the cleaning fees. I paid $82 for two days, even though the listed amount was $54. That included $13 a day for cleaning after I left. I couldn't get hold of the owners, even when there was an emergency.

It has all the comforts you could need, but the cleaning could be more thorough, especially when it comes to the bed linen.

The staff managing the apartment were helpful and friendly. I had a lovely stay and would recommend it for a visit to Turin.

I had a bad experience. I only ever dealt with people by message and never met anyone, and the apartment was dirty, bathroom included.
