A few things didn’t work quite right: there was no minibar in the room, though we didn’t ask about one, and the bathroom sink only had cold water with a weak flow. The sockets by the bedside table didn’t work well enough to start a charger, while those under the TV were fine. The building isn’t new, so these things are understandable. Our room was spacious, clean, and very quiet, with air conditioning, a fan, and a comfortable bed. Our large dog was happy too. Breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty food, and the owner’s professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness really make a difference. It’s in a quiet area, and I’d happily stay again.

Luciana was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. I stayed three nights, and the rooms were bright, very spacious, and clean. It’s convenient if you arrive by Flixbus, and close to the city center too. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Civitanova Marche.

We felt right at home at Mrs. Luciana’s B&B. She’s lovely and always there if you need anything. Our room was really big, the bathroom just as big, and everything was clean and spacious. Breakfast was super generous. The sea is about a three-minute drive away, or maybe ten minutes on foot, hahaha. If you like walking, you barely notice it. Luciana was the best, taking care of us the whole time without ever being intrusive. The property isn’t new, but I’d still highly recommend it. It’s close to the nightlife, while staying quiet, and breakfast was top-notch.
