We were three adults sharing a clean, comfortable room, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. Mr. Dilvo was exceptionally kind, friendly, and available whenever we needed him. The B&B is also in a great location if you don't have a car. I'd know where to stay if I came back to Civitanova Marche.

The owner made us feel very welcome, and the breakfast had a good selection. Our room was clean and tidy, with everything we needed. It's a great place to enjoy the sea and still have some peace and quiet.

A quiet, noise-free stay, yet only a few minutes on foot from the center and the sea. The place is welcoming, spacious, and clean, and the courtesy and helpfulness were top notch. Breakfast was plentiful and varied!

The living room is the most spacious part of this place, which is really a fully equipped apartment rather than just a B&B. The bedroom is a normal size and has its own bathroom. There's a refrigerator, dishes, and all the appliances you need. You can park on the property, and the apartment has a separate entrance.

A quiet residential area, a parking space, and good connections to the station, center, and beach make this mini apartment handy. The rooms were clean and well heated, with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the owner was extremely kind and always available.
