We only stayed one night, but I came away pleasantly surprised. The owners were very kind, and everything was clean. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of storage, and the large bathroom had a shower and all the cleaning products. There’s also a little kitchenette with plenty of basic essentials. The location is excellent and very quiet, with parking on the property. I highly recommend it!

The homemade cakes at breakfast were DELICIOUS, and breakfast was amazing. The staff were so kind and helpful, and the rooms were spotless and had every comfort. A truly charming, well-kept place. Highly recommended!

The hostess is friendly and easy to talk to, and her big smile makes you feel at ease. The room has a spacious balcony, while the modern snack area has a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and a small but useful sink. There are cups, saucers, sugar, hot chocolate, and herbal teas too. The property looks like a large manor house, enclosed by a fence with an automatic gate. It’s a lovely place to leave your daily routine and worries behind, yet only steps from the sea and the charming historic center of Civitanova Alta.

A generous breakfast and excellent amenities, with a refrigerator and microwave available to use. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the location is truly charming. Highly recommended.
